Carolina East family medicine, offers in-house x-rays for all our patients who require them. Those x-rays are then sent off to a third-party radiologist for official reading.

Until further notice, we are not conducting bloodwork labs due to internal changes. We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify you when services resume.

We will continue providing other services such as urinalysis, strep, and flu injections etc.

Dr. Charles Jahrsdorfer is certified through NC DOT to offer his hardworking transportation patient’s their yearly DOT Physicals.

Whether it is elementary school or college, CEFM provides school physicals for all ages.

Is your child interested in sports? CEFM provides sports physicals to children of all ages! We ask that patient’s bring their school or organization’s physical form with them to their appointment. That is usually found on your school/organization’s website!
