About Dr. J
Dr. J is fully licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is a Collaborating Physician for 360CARE staff who specialize in caring for residents in senior care communities. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor to both the East Carolina University School of Medicine and College of Nursing. He also serves as a Clinical Preceptor for several universities’ Nurse Practitioner program. Dr. J is also a certified Medical Examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry.
The July 30, 2015, edition of “The New England Journal of Medicine features Dr. J as Principal Medical Investigator in the clinical trial, “Antisense Inhibition of Apolipoprotein C-III in Patients with Hypertriglyceridemia.”
